Sacrifices

Fitu works out in Tooele which is about 30 minutes away from where we live. Him being all the way out there is hard enough but also he works a swing/graveyard shift so we hardly see each other during the week. I work from 7-3:30pm and right when I get home we say Hello and kiss each other Goodbye and we repeat that same routine everyday. The good thing is that we both have weekends off so we take advantage of that family time. Today he got a job offer for a position in town but the problem is he would be gone more and also he would have to work weekends and holidays:( We've been talking about it and still cannot decide on a decision. Having him close to home means less worries but also less family time but more money and saves on gas. What to do? I give it up to those couples who make bigger sacrifices than we do and barely see their families but couple times a month. Take advantage!

Been so behind on my blog lately that I keep forgetting I even have one. So latest news on our life is: Royal is now 3 and smarter than ever. We have a hard time keeping up with all her energy but she's a blast to be around. Raider is officially 6months and weighing in at 15lbs! My handsome is growing up too fast for me. He is such a happy baby and hardly ever cries, he's a big time mama's boy and I wouldn't have it any other way. Fitu received a raise at work and we're just so grateful for all his hardwork. I am back to work as of this week and although I love it, I miss my kids like crazy especially my son but at least he's strong and healthy now so I don't have to worry so much. Fitu and I don't get to see each other during the week because right when I get home he's rushing out the door to leave for work but the upside is that we do have the weekends off together. Life has been good and we are just so blessed to still be alive and doing well.

5 months old!

My little man is already 5 months old. I can't believe how fast he's growing! He's amazing and fun to watch. He sleeps up to 12 hours so I could get tons of sleep at night but unfortunately that's not the case. He's been rolling all over the place and he eats about 8oz every 2hours...he's my fatty:) He weighs about 15lbs and is getting so long. He lost all his hair he was born with but has a little tail in the back lol. I love his cute ears that stick out, his beautiful full lips, and his long eyelashes that curl. He's a big time cuddler, that's how he falls asleep too...he has to feel me next to him and my arm around him and he knocks out! Such a chill kid and he's super lovable. Still can't get enough of him and I'm sad that he's growing up so fast but I'm grateful that he's so strong and he doesn't get sick easy either like his sister does so that's a plus. I love my sweet boy!

4 year Anniversary

Married 4 years on May 10th, 2012. It's been crazy with all it's ups and downs but that's life right?! I love this man so much and I pray that Heavenly Father continues to bless our marriage for many more years. Our new goal that we had set for our family is ETERNITY and I'm so excited to make it to the temple.

New Home

We finally moved into a bigger spot and lovin it! 3 bedroom townhome is just what we needed for now, it's the perfect size for my family. My daughter loves it too and with my kids both having their own room makes it so much easier to keep clean and organized. I am beyond grateful. Soon we would want to move into a house but we're just not sure where we would want to actually live yet so we're taking our time.

4 months already!

Update on my baby boy: 4months. 13lbs 13oz 24 1/4in. Healthy as ever! He now drinks from 6-8oz and is so impatient waiting for his food. He sleeps throughout the night on average 10-12hrs unless I wake him up which is a bonus for me:) This little guy always wakes up smiling and talking his cute baby talk. He is such a happy baby unless he is hungry of course. He's my fatty boy! <3

Chillin

It was a lovely saturday and the weather was finally nice and warm, actually it was Hot! We had a nice little BBQ at the park to celebrate my brother's girlfriend's birthday before we headed out for our date night. Came home from the park and chilled with our babies on the porch and enjoyed the weather as a family:)

5 Years!

We always celebrate the day we met which is April 20, 2007. I like celebrating that day more than our wedding anniversary just because we share our wedding anniversary with my parents. So this year we made 5 years since the day we met and I've loved every year thus far. Of course we've had our fights, arguments, and crazy bad times, but without those times we wouldn't be able to have our make up fun times lol. We went out to dinner and afterwards went to Lonestar for some karaoke:) We can't sing at all but just the quality time spent together was super fun. I'm grateful for this guy and he's lucky to have me. haha!

Kearns girls

I am not the type of girl that has many friends especially "girl" friends, because I choose to have it that way. In high school I was fortunate enough to meet a handful of girls that now many years later I consider my sisters, my friends for life! I meet many people and yes they're nice but I choose not to get too close because most of them are Drama and I don't need none of that. Anyways we all are pretty spread apart and we're all married with children so we don't get to see much of eachother. We mostly keep in contact on social networks or through texts which is sad but at least we still stay in tact. We hardly ever see each other, sometimes it can go years but when we get together it's like we never left eachother! I love it!! Our sense of humor is still the same and we still laugh and talk about all the crazy things from past to present. I'll always love my girls and I'm just grateful I have them in my life still. K-town girls!

surprise!

Ever since we met my husband has always wanted either a Lakers or 49ers jersey customized. I always wanted or should I say meant to get him one but it always seemed to slip my mind. This year I've just been realizing how much more blessed my family has been because of him and I wanted to do something special for him. Our anniversary of the day we met is coming up and I figured what better time to get him something so I ordered him a 49ers customized throwback white jersey. I chose that one because he wasn't into basketball really til he met me and that way we can order one for both of us together lol. He very much deserves it and of course it came in 2wks early which was a surprise but I'm glad it came before rather than after. The most important part is that he loves it!

Date night is definitely a MUST when you're married and especially with kids. My husband and I try to go on a date at least once a week or every 2 weeks. This time we went to one of our favorite restaurants, Olive Garden, and we ordered our usual and of course it was as delicious as the last. We had a great time conversating, taking pics, and laughing about stupid stuff. After dinner we ended our date at the drive-ins, another one of our favorite spots, and we watched Hunger Games. We loved the movie! Our date was fun and even if we didn't get to do anything the most important thing is the Quality Time that we spend with eachother and taking some "US" time. I LOVE HIM!!

3 month update

3 months old now and such a happy little boy! My Raider is growing super fast and getting longer by the second. He rolls around, kicks full force, and is forever trying to stand lol. He talks alot! He wakes up smiling and ready to start talking no matter what time it is. He loves when I read to him and he laughs so cute. He still only eats about 4oz at a time, 6oz if we're lucky. He has the chubbiest cheeks ever just like his sister which makes him look like a biggie lol but really he's a small little guy. I'm enjoying every moment with him and I'm so grateful Heavenly Father blessed him with strength to overcome the obstacles he had faced when he was born. Love my RAIDER FA'AMAUSILI TUILOMA <3

daughter date!

Today was the last day of my husband's 5day weekend:( We didn't do anything special except take our baby girl on a date to have sushi. We had ordered her chicken fingers but homegirl wanted to eat sushi, we we're surprised at how much she loved it! Also we took her with us to the car wash because she loves it, the funny thing was she fell asleep and we tried to wake her up but she slept through the whole thing and woke up when we were vacuuming lol. My poor girl was like "mommy did I sleep when you washed my door?" haha she's so funny. We had a good time with her and after we came home she went and spent the night with her aunties. She loves hanging out with them. All in all it was a wonderful 5days spent with our children and being a family.

My son! After we had Royal we always knew we wanted more kids but it was no rush. I have had 3 miscarriages since her and each time was just as hard as the last:( So we decided that if she's our only one that it's okay because she's amazing! I have always wanted a boy so when I got pregnant with my son I didn't even know. I always used to say how could people not know that they are pregnant but I was one of them and now I understand. I wasn't showing, I had no symptoms, and I didn't feel or look any different until I was almost 5 months because I felt something moving inside my stomach. Shocked the heck out of me! I remember sitting there like WTH is that?! At first I was scared but then I was super happy. Went to the clinic and sure enough I was about 20 weeks along and healthy. Right after that I felt like my stomach blew up over night lol...everyone told me that it looks like I'm carrying a girl but I knew in my heart that this was my boy, I can feel it. I didn't find out what I was having 'til a week before I gave birth, it was gonna just be a surprise but I had to prove to everyone that this was my boy I've been waiting for and hearing the words "IT'S A BOY" from my doc made me the happiest person in the world at that moment. My baby was due Jan 21st and was born Dec 20th. Went to my scheduled appt and doc said I had preeclampsia (when pregnant woman develops high blood pressure and protein in the urine after the 20th week and the only treatment is to deliver the baby or else complications could lead to rupture of the liver, stroke, and even death) so I was scheduled for delivery that day and had a c-section and my beautiful boy was born! He looked so good but because he wasn't ready to be born he was having trouble breathing on his own and went straight to the NICU and was put on a ventilator and all these other machines:( He spent pretty much his whole 1st month of life in the hospital but after my dad gave him a blessing he just kept improving and was out of there in no time. I am so grateful for the Priesthood. Now my baby boy is healthy and doing great and I'm loving every minute of watching him grow. He is definitely a mama's boy <3 So if we don't have any more kids we're okay with it now because we have one of each and we couldn't be happier, if the Lord wanted to bless us with more then even better.

blessed

We went to church today and were a little late and totally missed our own welcoming to the ward. lol. We were ready on time but late because we had to stop at an atm to grab some cash for our tithing. Even though we're not as active as we'd like to be, we always love to pay our tithing and it has blessed our lives more then we can imagine. I'm grateful for my husband because he was the one who woke up and got us up for church, I almost wanted to stay home because I was so tired but thanks to him we made it. I didn't even know that we would be announced as members of the ward today because for over a year now our last ward couldn't find my records, and when we came to my parent's ward they couldn't find it either. I was willing to get baptized again and start over clean I mean who am I kidding I would've loved that but I'm glad they found my records and now us Tuiloma's are officially members of the Pesega ward once again.

family time

My husband has a 5day weekend because we were supposed to be in Seattle for his mom's birthday but had to cance, so instead we made sure we took advantage of all his time off because we usually don't get too much time together. We went everywhere! Lots and lots of shopping, eating, playground, jumping, and drive-in movies was done. Days like that are definitely unforgettable and I will always cherish the moments I spend with my family. Our weekend is not over yet...day 3 tomorrow!

just like her mama

My babygirl has been begging to get her ears pierced for like almost a year now. Everytime she asks we say "Yes baby wait til tomorrow" and she gets all excited but of course we never got around to it and poor thing has waited so long:( Finally I remembered and we took her to get it done. The look on her face right before was priceless! She didn't even make a sound or move, she's my little champ and has been since the moment she was born. She never cries when she gets shots and she tolerates pain very well...just like me of course:) Afterwards if we tried to hug her or touch her ears she pulls away and says "watchout for my earrings" lol. She got her birthstone earrings and she loves them. Seeing how happy she was just made everything perfect!

I'm back!

Okay so I don't know what happened to all my posts but they somehow got erased a few months back and I was so frustrated about it that I didn't want to blog anymore. Now I'm over it and I'm starting up again lol. So hello again everyone and welcome to my blog:)
